Charles H. Crowder, III
Charles Crowder is a 1984 graduate of Virginia Episcopal School in Lynchburg, Virginia; a 1988 graduate of Virginia Commonwealth University with a BA in both English and History, with additional credits obtained at Harvard University; and a 1991 early admission graduate of the University of Richmond School of Law. Charles is a past President of the South Hill Lion’s Club; a past President of the Friends of the South Hill Public Library; a past President of the Mecklenburg County, Virginia Bar Association; a member of the local Best Practices Courts Committee, and is currently representing the Tenth Judicial Circuit of Virginia on Bar Council. Charles served as Institutional Attorney at Mecklenburg Correctional Center for 15 years and is currently serving as Institutional Attorney at Baskerville Correctional Center. Charles generally focuses his practice on litigation primarily involving criminal defense, traffic and all types of custody, divorce and general domestic relations.
Harry S. Montgomery, III
Harry Montgomery is a 1987 graduate of Park View High School, in South Hill, Virginia, as well as a graduate of Virginia Commonwealth University in Richmond, Virginia, where he received his degree in Mass Communications and History. Harry also attended the Seton Hall University School of Law, from where he graduated in 1997. Harry was born, and has resided in South Hill, Virginia most of his life, and returned to the area shortly after obtaining his law degree. He has previously been a member of the local Lion's Club International, and is a past president of Mecklenburg County, Virginia, Bar Association. Harry is currently serving as the Institutional Attorney at Lunenburg Correctional Center. Harry has a general practice that focuses on many areas of the law, such as real estate, wills and estate planning matters, traffic defense, DUI, criminal defense and divorce.
E. Warren Matthews
E. Warren Matthews is a lifelong resident of Southside Virginia and has practiced law here for over fifty years. In 1962 he completed his undergraduate degree at Randolph Macon College, receiving a B.A. in History and went on to obtain his LLB degree from the T.C. Williams School of Law at the The University of Richmond in 1966. He is a director of Carter Bank and Trust, Martinsville, Virginia, with branch banks in Virginia and North Carolina. He has served as a director of the Virginia Board of Rehabilitative Services 1976-1985, and Vice- Chair 1982-1984. He is general counsel to Mecklenburg Electric Cooperative. His practice areas include commercial, industrial and residential real estate.

He has served in the community as a past president of the South Hill Chamber of Commerce, the South Hill Rotary Club and the Mecklenburg County Bar Association
